Flysopic Return Policy

At Flysopic, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward return policy to make your experience as easy as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging (if applicable).
- The item has not been damaged, altered, or worn, and is free from any stains, odors, or other signs of use.
- The return request is submitted within 30 days of the date the product was delivered.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
Please contact our customer service team before returning any non-returnable items, as exceptions may apply under certain circumstances.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by email at info@flysopic.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Pack the Item: Carefully repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging (if available). Ensure the product is secure to avoid damage during shipping. Include the original order invoice or a note with your order details.
Return Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us at the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.
If you paid for expedited shipping at checkout, please note that this cost will not be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange. If the exchange is requested after the 30-day return period has expired, we may not be able to accommodate the exchange.
If the exchange is for an item of greater value than the original product, we will ask you to pay the difference. In the case of a lower-value exchange, we will process a refund for the price difference once we receive the returned item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item at no cost to you.
Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will offer you a full refund, exchange, or replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.
5. Late Returns
If you attempt to return an item after the 30-day return window, we reserve the right to decline your return request. However, if you have extenuating circumstances or require an extension, please reach out to our customer service team, and we may be able to make accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or we made an error with the order.
- Original Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a change of mind, we do not refund the original shipping fees. If we are at fault (e.g., sending the wrong item or a damaged product), we will reimburse the original shipping fees.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an international order, please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.
